Fight robots, Aiko snipers and zombies through 10 stages of a sci-fi lab.
A research lab with sliding doors and glass walls has been taken over. On the first stage ten enemies hold it: three Aiko snipers, two Aiko shotgunners, two zombie snipers and three AI robots with heavy machine guns. You carry a Tavor rifle with a 24-round magazine, 96 spare rounds and a scope (right click). Reach the green exit beam of each stage – there are 10 stages, and every new one is bigger, with more enemies and different lighting.
Scifi is the web remake of a game made in FPS Creator, The Game Creators' classic game maker. The lab, its props, doors, glass walls, the Aiko, zombie and AI characters, their weapons and sounds all come from the original game files, converted to run in any modern browser. Free to play, no download and no sign-up.
Snipers shoot from up to about 30 metres, heavy robots fire bursts and shotgunners run at you. A Tavor headshot does almost three times the damage of a body shot, so aim high and use the scope for long shots. Walk over glowing Tavor pickups for ammo and white med-kits for health.

Click PLAY to lock the mouse; press Esc to pause. Sound is on – turn it up to hear the enemies.
Enemies, weapon and pickups
- Aiko (sniper) – holds her post and fires single, heavy Tavor shots from long range. 80 health.
- Aiko (shotgun) – runs at you and fires her autoslug shotgun up close. 90 health.
- Zombie (sniper) – a tough zombie with a Tavor: 130 health, slow but hard-hitting shots.
- AI (heavy weapon) – a robot with a Vickers machine gun: 170 health, fires six-round bursts and chases you.
- Tavor rifle – your weapon: 24-round magazine, about ten shots a second, 24 damage to the body and 70 to the head. Right click zooms the scope.
- Pickups – a glowing Tavor gives +48 rounds; a med-kit gives +40 health. Clearing a stage also gives +30 health and +24 rounds.
The 10 stages
Stage 1 – the original lab
The enemies stand where they were in the original game. Start in the corridor and find the exit beam.
Stages 2–10
A new start, a far-away exit and 12 up to 28 enemies, all four types mixed.
Changing lights
Night Shift, Red Alert, Contamination, Power Failure and Gas Leak change the lab's look and how far you can see.
Finish
Clear stage 10 to complete the game and earn the big bonus.
Tips and tricks
- Use the scope (right click) for the snipers – they are deadly at range but weak to a headshot.
- Back away from shotgun Aiko and keep shooting; she is dangerous only up close.
- Fight the AI robots from cover: wait out their burst, then lean out and fire.
- Sliding doors open when anyone comes near – enemies can come through them too.
- Follow the green arrow at the top of the screen to the exit; a fast exit gives a time bonus.

Is Scifi free?

How is the score counted?
600 points for an Aiko, 700 for a zombie and 800 for an AI robot, plus 250 for a headshot kill. Each stage exit adds 2,000 points and 10 points for every second under three minutes. Finishing all 10 stages adds 10,000 points and 20 points for every point of health left. Good scores go into the world TOP 10.
How do I play on my phone?
Move with your left thumb (a joystick appears where you touch), drag on the right side to look around, and press FIRE and RELOAD. Push the joystick all the way to run.
Is this the original FPS Creator game?
It is a web remake of the Prasansoft game made in FPS Creator. It uses the same lab, props, characters, weapons and sounds, converted for a browser engine.
What happens when my health runs out?
The game ends and shows the stage you reached, the enemies you took down, your time and your score. Press PLAY AGAIN to start over.
