Verdict
An outstanding shooter that was overlooked by many. Our score: 9.0 out of 10.
Tips for movement
Wall running and double jumps are the core of the pilot's speed. Practise chaining wall runs with jumps to cross the map quickly, and learn the timing of the grapple-style moves in the campaign. Keep your Titan close to your team in multiplayer, because a Titan alone can be targeted by focused fire.
Single-player campaign
The campaign introduces new mechanics gradually, so take time to learn each one before the next section. The story is short but focused, and the ending rewards players who paid attention to the characters. Playing the campaign first gives you a better sense of how the mechanics work in multiplayer.
