Tips for cooperative survival
Stay together, especially in narrow spaces, and call out special infected as soon as you see them. Share health items and throwables according to who needs them most. Use melee weapons against groups, and save ammunition for the moments when the team cannot avoid a fight.
The AI director
The director adjusts enemy spawns and item placement to keep tension high. This means a route you took before may feel very different next time. Keep the team flexible, and expect new surprises even on a familiar campaign.
