Double Dragon Famicom review

7.5/10

Two brothers fight through the streets in one of the defining co-op brawlers of the era.

Double Dragon is a street brawler with punches, kicks and weapons. Players team up to rescue a kidnapped partner, and the two-player mode is the main attraction.

The combat is simple but satisfying, and the enemies come in good variety. The bosses are fun to learn, and the game is easy to pick up for a short session.

On the Famicom it is a solid version of the arcade classic, with plenty of fun for friends.
